ABOUT

The IKC Journal Magazine is the official publication of the Irish Kennel Club, dedicated to showcasing the people, events, and initiatives that shape Ireland’s canine community. Each edition delivers dog show reports, IKC news, governance updates, and the President’s strategic insights, along with features on native breeds, breeder interviews, grooming, training, and canine welfare.

We provide expert coverage across obedience, agility, Rally-O, field trials, and working events, supported by contributions from trusted specialists and IKC-appointed reviewers. With photography, interviews, historical pieces, and committee updates, the IKC Journal Magazine celebrates Ireland’s dogs while promoting responsible ownership, welfare, and the values of the IKC.
